I started off great! I went for about 3 weeks straight of cooking and eating only raw food. My family (husband and two young girls) were even into it. Then I got a bit tired. It takes a lot of planning and prep time. I don't always have the forthought or the time to spend on cooking so I started slipping. Then, before I knew it I was back on the cooked food train and binging like crazy. Although on thing was for sure. I really wasn't feeling well and I noticed the mood swings of my children were back full steam. You would think this would be enough incentive to get back on the wagon but I guess old habbits really stick to me like glue. My thoughts about getting back into the swing of it is to find some kind of online Raw Food support group. Any thoughts: please share.
